My controller is not working properly. When I connect my headset, there is no audio. I have already checked the volume on the chat mixer, I disconnected my headset and reconnected it, I re-synced my controller, I took the battery pack out and put it back in, I plugged the controller into my charging USB, i made sure the controller was at full battery, I checked for a controller update and a console update and got nothing, I changed my audio to mono and back, I unplugged the cords from my xbox and plugged them back in, and lastly i hard reset the xbox and nothing worked.
GetHuman1468350 did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
