The other day I typed in a $** x box gift card code. The transaction said complete but when I checked my account I still had the same amount of money that I did before I put in the code. I thought it was a bug so I tried to put in the code again but when I did that it said something along the lines of this code has already been redeemed. I’m not sure what you can do about this situation but I would appreciate if I could hear back from you.
