I signed up for Xbox live, for one month free, on or around *********. However, instead of a month, my bank account was charged on **********, just two weeks later. Now, when I sign in to Xbox live, it says I dont have a gold membership. I was going to use the free membership for the month then sign up for a year, but now I'm frustrated and just want my money back. I'm sure I'll sign up for the year plan, whenever I get the money.
GetHuman-garbages did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
