My Xbox is muted. Can't use my headset, my headset I can't hear volume, talk. Headset is new. Controller is also new. I tested the controller and headset on another Xbox. They worked. I went through all my settings. Reupdated everything, TV, Xbox, controller. And Xbox still says its muted (mic on Xbox homescreen next to battery life has a line through it). I am beyond furious I can't get any assistants with this issue
