I made a *** dollar purchase for the black op * digital version for my son and received a msg saying thank you for the purchase but yet when he tries to play it, it tells him to buy the game. This is the *rd time weve had this problem with yall. Now either get the game on his system or I will take legal action. The money was taken off * cards and has not been refunded therefore the game should be working. I except a phone call within the next few minutes at ***-***-****. As big as Microsoft is I would think customer service would be better than it has been with this issue
