I have an occurring Xbox live subscription billing that I’m very unaware of. So now I’m not allowed to use Xbox live features. And because of the billing I’m unable to use my renewal Xbox live gold that I have purchased thinking I was going to renew. Because I didn’t know why I have a bill for Xbox live I purchased a Microsoft Xbox one $** gift card to pay for the unknown bill and now Xbox want allow me to redeem the code !
