I purchased an X box gift card for my son and the code did not work for * days. I actually drove back to Game Stop to find out what the issue was but they did not know. Then I went to the Microsoft store and they informed us that your system was down. This is the second time we have purchased Xbox gift cards that did not work. Please have the manager call me at (***)***-****. I would like $** in compensation for the two gift cards. *Dr. Young *Additionally, I called several times on different days but you can’t speak to a live person and the recording hangs up on you.
