If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

I signed up for the free trial for gold and it still charged my account... twice because I tried getting onto the xbox*** servers and it wouldn't let me so when I signed up for that as well (I was suppose to get the free trial for both gold for * weeks) but instead it charged me twice and honestly I just want to cancel it all It was to see if I wanted to get an Xbox account honestly I don't play enough I just want my money back and to cancel it all
GetHuman-dandanzi did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
