Xbox Serial number: *************My nephew came over and played nba *k on my Xbox but bought a ton of VC without my permission on my Xbox live account: jessicaladyj**. I would like a refund please. The dates of purchase were ******** and ********. Order numbers are: ********** and **********

This is frustrating because I have him my passcode to login to my profile on the console but he used the same passcode to buy VC and I never gave him permission to do that. I really need a refund for those purchases please it hurt me financially because of bad timing.

I would like a refund please as soon as possible if it can happen because I need the money back.

I am a good customer because I have been with Xbox since **** and have loved it.
