My son is ** years old and he subscribe several months ago for Xbox Live and I am looking on his bank statement where reoccurring fee was taken out of the bank statement but he is not able to use his Xbox Live... tried to reach out and someone told him something was wrong with his account there is nothing wrong with his account you guys have taken out the reoccuring fee and I need someone to please give me a call so we can fix this.. because you have taken the money out of his bank account please call me my name is April ***-***-**** thank you
