I recently entered a code for a free ** day trial of Xbox live gold on Tuesday September **th, ****. After entering the code I tried to join a game online and when I did I was promted to sign up for gold when I checked my subscriptions the gold trial was not there and when I went to resubmit the code it would not allow me to stating that the code had already been redeemed I would like this problem fixed and given a new code for another trial if possible
