I had contacted you guys yesterday about receiving a refund on a game that was bought on my card and the refund was denied because it had been played for three hours and you guys only do refunds on games that had been played for two, the problem is that I didn’t buy the game the person who did put in my card information and not their own. I’m not buying a game for someone else and I’d love to get in contact with someone to clarify the situation and get my money back as soon as possible. The refund request was **********
