The issue in GetHuman-sepiroth's own words
Was charged for Xbox live gold but did not authorize it, nor do I have gold status. Also had issues with connectivity for a game I had rented to play due to issues on xbox side. Even stated so in error message. Lost money due to couldn't play the game. Also had same issue with a game the was Internet required. Couldn't play that one either. As a result I lost potential subscribers to my cast. Need issue resolved asap.
GetHuman-sepiroth did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
