My xbox live account was set to auto renew I guess. I lost my job and sold my xbox, but I forgot to take off my payment information. I have been charged $*.** for a renewal that I don't need and because I have no income, I have gotten an insufficient funds charge. Please refund this and take my cards off record because I do not have income and everyday my bank adds a new charge that puts me further in a whole.
