I havent used Xbox live for the last two and a half years and I’m still being charged for the services. I called and had my credit card info removed and they stopped charging me for it and now I’m noticing that I’m being charged again for Xbox live gold recently. I believe the account is Zavy** please can you stop charging me for it.
