When i bought my ticket back in October i had already paid for the **KG luggage and now i am trying to Checkin in via the PC and the APP and it dose t let us check in!! we also recived an email this morning saying if we dont check in or accept the new luggage policy when we arrive at the airport we will have a fine of ** pounds! all we want to know is that if we are allowed our **KG luggage because we already paid for it
