Making a booking with Wizz Air is easy because you have many options. You may book your flight online, on the phone, or the app.

Booking Your Flight Online

This is the easiest way to make your booking. It is fast and convenient, and free. You just need to have the following information;

1. Payment information

2. Passenger information

3. Contact details

Once you have successfully made your booking, you will receive your travel itinerary.

Booking Your Flight on the Phone

If you can't make your booking online, booking on the phone may be a good idea. Contact the support team on their phone number depending on your country. You will pay a non-refundable Call Center Transaction Fee.

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation code that you can use to check-in. The support agents will also send your travel itinerary to your email address. It will include details such as; your flight number, full cost, details of the departure and destination, and the date and time of travel.

If you wish to book your flight with a travel agency, they should provide you with the itinerary.

Booking for Infants

There are special requirements if you would like to book a flight with infants. If an infant is older than 14 days, up to two years old, they can travel on the laps of an accompanying adult.

If the price of your fare is below 27 €, the cost of the carriage of the infant will be equal to your one-way fare.

Conditions When Booking for Infants

1. You are allowed to travel with only one infant on your lap

2. If the infant is a citizen of Ukraine or Romania, they have to fulfill special requirements

3. You may travel with rear-facing infants' car seats if you purchase an extra fee

4. The infant must be below two on both the arrival and departure dates

If the child is two by the return date, you have to purchase a seat for them.

Changing Your Reservation

After making your booking, you still have the option of making changes to your reservation. You may change your reservation or purchase more services. If you change your seat selection or purchase Priority Boarding, you need to print a new boarding card. If you are already at the airport, visit the check-in desk with your old boarding card. Explain the changes you made and you will receive a sticker with details of the changes.

Other changes that you may make to your flight include; destinations, date, time, and passenger names. You may make your changes online or by contacting the Wizz Air Call Center. You can make changes to your flight up to three hours before the departure time but you have to pay a fee. You must reprint your boarding pass if you changed your name or flight.

If you have trouble making your booking or changing your reservation, you may seek help from Wizz Air. Even though it is impossible to speak directly with a representative, you may get help from their help desk.

The help desk is your best option for resolving all your issues. It covers some of the most common problems that you may experience and their solutions.

Wizz Air does not offer support on the phone, email, or social media sites.

If you are at the airport, the best way to seek help is by speaking with a member of staff. Explain the problem you are experiencing and the type of help you would like to receive. You may get help before leaving the airport.
