WhatsApp doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-aroramed will need to dig through the advice provided by WhatsApp, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. If you are having app or service issues then you should report it through the app. If you reset your device or delete the app and re-download it that may help too

i have recently switched from iPhone *s to iPhone *. i had backed up all of my WhatsApp chats on icloud. Today, when i installed WhatsApp on my new phone, it showed a backup but i wasn’t able to use it, whenever i clicked restore, there was a popup saying ‘couldn’t restore chat history’. those chats are really important for me and i contacted apple for the same, and since the chats are there on iCloud, seems like its an issue from whatsapp’s side, its really urgent. since you might be having the chat histories, i request you to restore my data ASAP.
GetHuman-aroramed did not yet indicate what WhatsApp should do to make this right.
