I have been trying for over an hour to speak to a HUMAN BEING to order your service. I have called * different numbers. Spoken to * different people. All of whom could not assist me, nor put me through to the correct number. I am still on hold while typing this. I am closing on a unit tomorrow. Was thinking of cancelling my Direct TV order and ordering Verizon services. If I have a problem just ordering or getting answers to my questions before I even order. I mught as well stay with DIRECT TV as they have given me tons of discounts. YOU have given me ONE HUGE HEADACHE. I'm still on hold. I've been doing this from *:**PM it is now *:**. How much more time should I waste. I think I'll give it till *. Then hang up . I don't have much time to cancel my Direct TV order. Your customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I work in the field of customer service. This is maddening. Luckily at *:** the nice Man Jarrett picked up the phone. Now he's in Sales. I already have an internet oredr in , people had told me I need to speak to customer service but NO ONE SAID THEY CLOSED AT * WHEN I MADE MY FIRST PHONE CALL until nice Jarrett. So I guess I'll call ***-***-****, to possibly add onto my service tomorrow.SO THE ISSUE NOW BECOMES TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO BE LIKE JARRETT AND HAVE THEM EXPLAIN THAT YOU NEED TO CALL BACK TOMMORROW AS THAT DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED!
