I HAVE CONTACTED VERIZON FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT THROUGH USING LOCAL VERIZON STORE...I TRIED MY HARDEST TO TRY TO EXPLAIN TO THEM MY UNCONTROLLABLE CIR***STANCES...I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT MY ACCOUNT IS GONE EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUS.. LAST WEEK WHEN I CALLED I WAS TREATED VERY VERY RUDELY BY ONE OF VERIZON'S FINANCIAL SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS..SHE GAVE ME SPECIFIC PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WHICH I DID AGREE TO BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO IN ORDER TO KEEP MY SERVICES ACTIVE... NEEDLESS TO MENTION MY DAD P***ED AWAY THIS PAST MONDAY NIGHT FROM DIFFICULTIES FROM HAVING A M***IVE STROKE...I HAD AGREED THE PREVIOUS WEEK AFTER CALLING VERIZON A *RD TIME TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF *** DOLLARS TOWARDS MY BILL THEN CALL VERIZON RETENTION DEPARTMENT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS THAT WERE FEASIBLE..I WAS SUPPOSED TO MAKE THIS PAYMENT ON WEDNESDAY JUNE *,****...AS I WAS PREPARING TO GET READY FOR THE VISITATION SERVICES FOR MY DAD I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE FROM VERIZON SAYING THAT A PAYMENT OF ***.** HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM AN ACCOUNT ENDING A * DIGITS.. I KNEW THIS WASN'T MT BANKING INFORMATION SO I IMMEDIATELY DROPPED EVERYTHING I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF DOING AND CALLED VERIZON..THE LADY INFORMED ME THAT VERIZON HAD TAKEN THESE FUNDS FROM MY BROTHER'S BANKING ACCOUNT WHUCH IS A WHOLE NEW STORY...SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD KEEP MY SERVICES ACTIVE BUT I MUST PAY ***.** BY FRIDAY JUNE *,**** OR MY SERVICES WOULD NO DOUBT BE SUSPENDED UNTIL BILL IS PAID IN FULL...I RECEIVED ANOTHER MESSAGE TODAY SAYING THIS AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT AND WOULD POST IN THE MORNING..I HAD ALREADY EXPLAINED TO THE LADY THAT I WOULD TRY TO GET THE MONEY AND MAKE THE PAYMENT IN THE LOCAL VERIZON STORE...NOW NOT ONLY WILL MY SERVICES BE SUSPENDED BUT I WILL HAVE AN OVERDRAFT FEE AT MY BANK.WOULD YOU PLEASE WORK WITH ME DURING THIS HORRIBLE TIME IN MY LIFE
