My phone rings now. Due to recent storms, Verizon was overwhelmed with repair orders. My first call to Verizon had a one hour wait and my call back in that hour did not work because of the failure of my phone to ring. Neighbor set up repair for ******* and it was a no show. My second call was a ** minute wait which I did. Promised to have fix by * this morning. No ring until **:**. I learned how to contact and set ID and password with Verizon thru all of this and at ** years of age it was no picnic and took much of my time on the internet. Self-learning is difficult at this age. Glad to have all the help, including GetHuman. Thank you.
