Order* MA ***-***-***. *Current billed received does NOT reflect the changes*price quoted. Contacted Verizon today and they have NO record of my call. New rate quoted today is now $**.** * TAXES * $**. **This is NOT acceptable. Please honor original price, services & taxes quoted.
I contacted Verizon on ******* order* MA-*** *** ***. Quoted $**.** which includes services & taxes. Promised rate would be reduced, credited and pro-rated as of *******. When I called today to confirm status they have NO RECORD of ******* call.
Honor the bundle rate quoted $**.** which includes services AND taxes.
I have been a customer since ****. I am also a Verizon wireless customer for over ** years too.
I called this a.m. and rep was not able to accommodate and*or make any exceptions. Said rate would be $**.
