The issue in GetHuman-joedion's own words
We were trying to rent a condo through vrbo with a owner and after the vrbo took the money out for two days we were Informedd that he don’t rent for two days that it would have to be three days and we needed to send him two checks one for the condo and one for deposit . You guys refunded the deposit at his request but not the condo payment . We can’t send him the checks without the rest of the refund
GetHuman-joedion did not yet indicate what VRBO should do to make this right.

Contact vrbo customer service an request them call the owner while you wait and settle the issue while your on the phone most of the time is because the owner gets one letter or number wrong
