I had paid for the Eats Pass month trial, I instantly turned off the auto renewal so that I wouldn't be charged a second month once it expired. Next thing I know, I get charged again. So I contacted uber eats support and put in a complaint about it and forgot it even happened. Assumed i'd get a refund for the $** charged after the auto renewal was turned on. Now this month I see yet another charge for the Eats Pass. I wasn't even refunded the first time I was charged. And now i've been charged for it a third time, when I specifically made sure that I turned off the auto renewal after I started the trial. I would like a refund to the debit card on my account as soon as possible. Thank You
GetHuman-kenzievi did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
