The issue in GetHuman-clblanck's own words
Tried to order and have it charge my gift card, but it charged my debit card instead so I canceled the order to redo it with the gift card but am now being charged a cancellation fee of $** due to the app charging the wrong card and me needing to cancel because of it. The full charge of $** for the order is still showing up on my bank account and now my gift card is being charged $** on top of that due to a payment issue within the app. So in all I was charged $** for an order I didn't even get due to a payment issue in the app.

GetHuman-clblanck did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
