I was charged for an order that was cancelled on the **th of February. I ordered from McDonald's at about * am, but the restaurant called to tell us they couldn't fulfill our order because they weren't serving lunch anymore. The woman said she would call Uber Eats and cancel for us. The order was cancelled successfully, but I was still charged. I figured the money would appear back in my account after a few days, but my bank says that it was confirmed today.
GetHuman-chuzzled did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
