Javier Naranjo (***)-***-*****Earlier today, I placed an order for delivery. One of my items were missing. A refund has been issued for this missing item.**The issue I have now is that my account was disabled. I know this because I tried placing a second order from the same place but it did not allow me to do so.***The first representative I spoke to assured me that there was no issue with my account and had advised me to delete the app and re-download it. This should have fixed my issue. It did not.**Second rep also saw no issues with my account but had no advice for me.**Third rep informed me that the issue is with my bank. I do not see an issue with my bank. I have more than enough funds to make a purchase. I can give my bank a call in the morning, but I would like to know if there’s anything more I can do to get my account up and running.***Thank you.
