I have been trying to order something via your app and website for the last half hour. After having to battle with the app about my telephone number and not receiving a text message, I then continually got errors in my order, saying there were processing errors or my phone number was invalid (despite finally getting it to work) or that my card was invalid. None of these errors were my fault, but the app and website kept saying the problems had to do with me, be it my phone number or my card. This is extremely poor and frankly embarrassing service when there are so many other competitors that I can use. Can you rectify this situation?
