I am absolutely disgusted...**An order was made on my behalf to the wrong address, when this was realised the customer helpline was phoned immediately (around ** seconds after the order was placed). **I was told I could not cancel this even thought the food was not even made yet* the gentleman on the phone was rude and talking over me. He suggested I call the driver and ask them to cancel it... they didn't. **I never received this order as I was ** miles away at work. **I want a refund issued immediately otherwise i will be taking this further.
GetHuman1694346 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
