Due to your lack of service and how awful I have been treated here is what i sent to Advertising Standards Authority and your support team have been cc'd in that email too.**I have also escalated this to the restaurant so the below is the email that I sent them as Uber eats advised they are not going to do anything about this (confirmation of what exactly they said in the attachment). As you have advised you require the times and dates, you will see this below however, the order number was *D***F to be delivered at **:** pm on the **th November. On my confirmation, it also states that it would be delivered to my door, however, the driver arrived late and asked me to go outside in the cold to collect what was only a half of the order that I misleadingly paid for. As soon as I started walking away I tried to open the bag to check that everything was there to realise that it wasn't. Right away I tried to call the driver on the same number that he called me asking me to go outside, as he had driven off on his motorbike but the number did not allow to accept calls - I can also send you a screenshot of my mobile call log to confirm the time. I then went right on the uber app to get help however there is no number to call and you can only submit an issue on the app for someone to get back to you within ** hours which is not helpful when I wanted the dinner that I paid for at the time so complete lack of support. I messaged them on facebook, twitter, on the app, emailed them, emailed the restaurant, called the restaurant - literally everything I could and nobody has resolved this, I can send you screenshots of all of the above. **I would like to report false advertisement on the Uber eats app for 'Burger Burget' Birmingham Broad street that as attached offer Buy one get one free on selected items that they do not deliver. A full explanation of this case is in the below email however if you require further information as I have a record of everything that I tried to do to resolve this with no success. **I had placed an order with uber eats last night that I still haven't received, I ordered * burgers and * fries however only received one of each which meant that my partner had only * burger to share between us for dinner and had to go to bed hungry as after hours and hours of attempting to resolve this nobody cared to deliver the food that I ordered. To make matters worse - the one burger that did arrive was ok ( bun twice the size of the burger so not great ) and the fries were cold , hard and horrible - I couldn't eat them. This was supposed to be a buy one get one free order as advertised on the uber eats app which is where I ordered my food from you - false advertisment! On the app it is called burger burger which by the way is no where to be found on the internet with no contact details after lots of searching in hope to have dinner I found a number which when I called the person answered saying I am through to coast to coast and told me burger burger is a part of coast to coast. **Andy who i spoke to when i called the restaurant had no manners at all and spoke to me with no care in the world constantly interrupting and not allowing me to even explain what has happened shutting me down that there is nothing he can do and to contact uber eats. I only wanted my dinner, my partner and I had been working all day and as a treat ordered a delivery - had I known this would happen and I would have to go to sleep hungry I would of cooked myself and be done with it.**Uber eats also sent me on my way despite the fact that I had paid for a delivery that I did not receive and I still haven't had my food and all they said is - we will not adjust the price or give you a refund. I didn't even ask for this, don't care about the money I just wanted my dinner the order was cheap anyway I won't lose any sleep over like just under £** order so the point missed here was the fact that I just wanted the dinner that my boyfriend and I were looking forward to. I even told them that if they say to me they will refund this that won't solve the problems but that fell on deaf ears and they just sent me on my way without my order or my money.**I have shared this on Facebook for all my friends and family to see and share as you can imagine I am absoloutley furious - Uber Eats and BurgerBurger have absoloutley spoilt my night, do not order with them **** ordered * burgers and * fries.. it arrived late,cold and with only have the stuff so Jake and I have * burger and * portion of fries to share for dinner, brilliant aye ! Called the restaurant ( Andy , burger burger Birmingham broad street ) couldn't care less and didn't even let me explain the issue insisting that it is not his problem and that I need to speak to uber eats who by the way do not have a contact number for immediate assistance and you can only submit your issue on the app for them to get back to you within ** hours. Not very helpful when I would like my dinner tonight!!! Andy said he could make me another burger but he would not deliver so I would have to walk ** minutes to pick it up then ** minutes to bring it back by which time again I would have cold food , what a brilliant solution aye!!! Fuming , fuming , fuming !!!! ****** Never have these issues with just eat and if i did at least you can call them to get it sorted. RANT OVER!
