There was an order which was put up by mistake with cash on delivery which also used my uber credits. The order was not meant to be. I tried calling uber eat like a minimum ** times at that time no one answered. I called the restaurant to cancel they couldnt neither the delivery partner could do any thing.*I even asked the restaurant to hold the order untill further confirmation.*I called for another hour continously but got no reply. At last i have to exhaust my credits. Next day today i still trying to connect. After selecting the language and knowing about the terms they just disconnect my phone. This is disgusting. PS i have had i. Past talked to uber support and it was good.
