Why am I being charged $** in order to create a new order, I looked through all of my receipts and I’ve never even made a $** order. This is not the first time this happened and I’m being told to “settle my debt” about twice a month now not only from ubereats but from Uber as well! This is unacceptable. You guys are stealing money from me and locking my account until I pay up?? I want to know what is going on!
