I have three charges on my debit card, but have never purchased anything with your company. I have spoken with my bank and if your company does not wish to refund my account, they will begin an investigation as I have not given Uber Eats permission to use my debit card. Seeing as you are a delivery company you should be able to find the address of whomever has chosen to use my account without permission, which is a crime. I spoke with someone on the phone and they redirected me to a customer service agent, which was just a recording telling me to email.
GetHuman-jaymesdo did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
