My Uber eats order (*C***) was canceled ** seconds after being placed and I am being told that I will not receive a refund. My order was placed under the wrong payment method and there was nothing I could do to change the method before being told I was charged $** and could not get a full refund. I’ve given Uber eats so much business in the past that this seems extremely unfair.
GetHuman-havensie did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
