AFTER ORDERING $**.** WORTH OF FOOD AND WAITING ** IN TO AN HOUR THE DRIVER NEVER CALLED OR CONTACTED US AND ONCE HE WAS FINALLY CONTACTED BY US AND DIRECTED ON WHERE TO GO THE ORDER WAS THEN IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED AND NO REFUND GIVEN. THIS ORDER WAS FOR AN OFFICE FULL OF PEOPLE WHO NOW HAVE NO FOOD AND NO INVOICE TO SHOW FOR IT!! THE DRIVER WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNWILLING TO DELIVER TO THE CORRECT LOCATION. WE WERE WAITING AT THE DOOR ONLY TO HAVE A MESSAGE STATING THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND!
GetHuman-lilrbbrd did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
