So my order originally stated it would be there at **:** and I get a notification that a driver isn’t available and it woks be **:**. I called to cancel the order because I did not anticipate it being so long. The representive I talked to would not cancel the order and refund my money. I asked to speak to a manager and was out on hold and was also told i couldn’t cancel. I asked it I could get a promo code or discount in the future and was told to email in. It’s not my fault that an order for **:** got delayed to **:**. I would kind to have some compensation for this. Thank you for your help. The order number is **f**.
