I was trying to explain to the driver that my unit is right on the cross streets. Quite literally on the corner. When I realized he had no intentions of bringing my food to me* I tried to find where he was parked and was willing to walk out to him.This was especially frustrating because I had seen the driver pull into my complex, make a u-turn and pull right back out. I tried to tell him that I... ... The driver called me sounding very angry, asking “where are you?” and then wouldn’t tell me where he was waiting. He then hung up the phone and canceled my order. My delivery states bring to door. This guy clearly had no intentions of doing that. I then get a warning from Uber that I am a now show and they will charge me the next time I don’t show up.

When I enter my address regardless of my unit number the pin drops in the center of the complex. If a driver is not familiar with how Apartments work (the indicidual buildings have numbers) then they would probably be more like to go the direct pin on the map.

Something uber can do to try and improve this is to allow the guest ordering to select on the map exactly their location. Maybe include a drop pin.
