Hello, i use uber eats almost *x out of the week, and i asked for a refund for one of my orders a few days ago regaurding an order where there was MISSING items that i never recieved. I recieved an email claiming that you guys couldn't refund me, i am super frustrated because i spend a lot of money with UberEats and not every experience has been pleasant but i now know which resturaunts to stay clear from. I have never recieved my refund, and i also need a refund for ONE of the orders i placed today with a new place that didn't even give me the right order of what i payed almost ** dollars for. I need an explanation as to why i am not getting a refund of money that i spent with your company
