I just had the app notify that my food was at the door, THEN had been delivered but nobody knocked on my door and there wasn’t even a car on my street. This has happened TWICE. I let the last one slide as maybe I missed it, but this is ridiculous. I would like a refund.
I trust that UberEATS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
