I was charged for a cancellation. But you canceled, not me. That charge has now been credited. But that is not good enough. I’ve was kept waiting for ** minutes. I kept getting different estimates when the driver would appear. Two minutes, five minutes, seven Minutes. After ** minutes, he canceled. This is an outrageous way of doing business. Why should I ever use you again? Your maps or totally unreliable — I could not tell where the driver was — and then hecancelled.
