I have used Uber many times. First let me say that you're customer service is terrible. I had a driver he said he was waiting several minutes for me when in fact he was in the wrong pickup spot. I told him to cancel the ride after he asked me if I wanted to pay cash. The charge was for $*.** and the driver's name is Tariq. I will not pay this charge and if this matter is not resolved I will make sure that I and all of my friends that use Uber we'll start using Lyft.
