I am writing because I received an email stating that I canceled an Uber pool on Wed ****. I DID NOT cancel the ride. It showed on my phone that it was * minute away. When I clicked on the screen to see the way it was coming, I got a message that it was canceled. At that time, I rescheduled another ride. ***I did not cancel the request and wish to be refunded the $*.** fee. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
