Went out of town for a few weeks and when returned, Uber needed documents uploaded. My current documents had not expired but Uber wanted updated information almost * months before it was available. Uber won't put any effort into bridging that cultural gap. My documents are valid and each time I submit documents they keep rejecting them. Same documents I started with, no changes whatsoever. Been out of work for over * months, but apparently Uber does this to a lot of people. We need to connect and find a solution, maybe then Uber might take notice.
