Can’t sign in- tried forgot password, but it said “no email address exists”. Tried to create new account and it said “email address & ph no already taken”. So what do I do to try and use account? I have only one email address & phone no! I wanted to change people as what I thought I’d used didn’t work! Going out of town & want to be able to use Uber in my travels, but not being able to sign in or get account help by voice is very disappointing & discouraging!
GetHuman-linhenki did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
