Tracking number ********************** keeps bouncing between the Philadelphia hub and the Point Breeze branch (*****). The correct branch is Germantown (*****). I don't know if the ZIP code is illegible or wrong on the package itself. Package is addressed to *** E Woodlawn St., *****.**This package has been bouncing "in transit" for more than a month. Previous service case was closed prematurely the first time the package went "out for delivery" in the wrong ZIP code. Due to the closed case, I cannot use the USPS "missing mail" web page any more
Deliver the package, first to the correct branch office, then to my home
USPS main number is nothing but a robotic maze. No way to find a human. No one answers the phone at ***** or *****.
