Is it customary for USPS employees to answer the phones? I have call the Dallas Caesar Clark location for over * weeks, and I have only spoken to one worker. I called today, **** five times the phone would just ring and ring then disconnect. *I need to speak with the former supervisor at that location is no longer there, and I was told that her email would be the same, I sent and email on **** with no response and I wanted to ask which location has she moved to, but no one answers the phones during business hours.
