My husband and I were having a great day wed ******** as we were shopping at the target in waldorf md. We were walking around the store saying how great it looked. It was very nice and clean. As we were going up to self check outs the first one had a sign on it that said closed which was fine we just went up to the next one with an open lighted sign on . As we approached it the person running them(Kelly) was helping the person at the next register didn't even turn around, just Barked out at us ITS CLOSED!!!. I said oh sorry we just saw the open sign( which probably would've been fine) but then Kelly ( still not turning around) Barked out again IT JUST CLOSED!!!! my husband and I were pretty puzzled as to why we were just rudely yelled at. And we are usually ones to let it go but after Kelly decided to be so nasty, we walked past her and I said there was no reason to be such a ***** as I looked back to look at her name badge,( Kelly). We walked straight up to customer service to get checked out. The young lady up there was very pleasant and friendly. I feel bad I didnt get her name. I didnt see one actually I thought she was wearing a badge that said in training or something like that. But anyway she was truly pleasant. She is really someone with whom target should appreciate. As for Kelly she maybe needs re training or shouldn't be working with the public. Not good for target. I guarantee we were not the only ones who were offended by kelly the way she acted was as if she was angry at everything. We hope you look into why she is as angry as she is. If she is the last person customers deal with you may lose them.
