I was charged twice for my account this month. $*.** for my regular plan and $**.** for my upgraded family plan which isn’t working.
GetHuman-sakehayi did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.

There is live chat on addition to their email to support. Go into your account and follow their websites instructions about how to contact them. Whether on your smart phone or computer, a chat option is available.
