There are two ways to cancel your paid account with Spotify: by filling out a form or by logging in to your account. To fill out a form, use this link: https://www.spotify.com/us/signed-out/cancel/
You'll see a Cancel Subscription page. All you have to do is fill out the required fields.
After submitting the form, Spotify will email you to confirm the cancellation. Follow the instructions in the email to successfully cancel your paid subscription. After cancellation, you'll switch back to "free" and still be able to listen to music, but with limited features.
