Hi there , I have just checked my recent bank balance and have noticed that Spotify has took a payment of £*.** for premium which I never signed up for. I can only assume my card has been used fraudulently which is another issue in itself but I need a full refund as fast as possible and that account to be terminated as I can now no longer afford to get to work or feed myself and my daughter. A few other charges have been made from other companies that I’ve never heard of so I really need the money back otherwise I’ll be left with nothing. Sorry for any inconvenience, wouldn’t normally bother so much over so little , but this has happened at a very bad time. Thanks for any help you can give.
